Hello everyone!
We are Sophie and Bertrand! We have been running our campsite in Esparron for 13 years, as a family with our daughter Mélanie and our son-in-law Anthony, and we are very happy to meet you every year!
It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you. You won’t see much of Anthony and Mélanie, because they have taken over a campsite on the other side of Esparron-de-Verdon, but they stop by to sort out our internet problems, while Bertrand fixes their broken equipment problem. We complete each other.
We present to you the video of our campsite, to help you discover the beauty of La Baume, the place where the campsite is located. Did you know? La Baume in Provençal means cave, because there were lots of mini caves around here before, most of them collapsed now. Be careful, these are not caves where you can take refuge and sleep. We could barely protect ourselves from the rain if we stuck to it. But it’s always good to know the history of the place!
