We have a few measures in place to prevent the return of COVID 19. We detail them to you in this mail, so that your stay will go as well as possible, with as little stress as possible.
For your arrival, thank you to specify your approximate time, so that we can organize the arrivals so that there is no waiting. If you see that the reception is busy, please wait outside. Only one person per family has to come in, you can disinfect your hands at the entrance, we disinfect the counter between each passage. To pay the balance, you can pay in advance by bank transfer , in order not to spend too much time at the reception. We will only have to give you your keys or your pitch number. If you have never been here before, we can accompany you.
During your stay, we have taken measures to preserve the risks: multiple disinfections of the meeting points (sanitary facilities, swimming pool), with always a disinfectant at your disposal if you wish to disinfect the surface before using a toilet. Soap always within 3 metres of the washbasins. Hydroalcoholic gel is available at all meeting points. The mask is only required in the aisles of the sanitary facilities.
Social distancing (at least 1 meter) is imposed. Thank you for respecting it.
At the swimming pool, we disinfect the deckchairs every morning, and disinfectants are at your disposal which you can use to apply a shot of disinfectant before settling down.
For the bar, we disinfect the tables when they are emptied. However, you can also re-disinfect them if you wish. To take the order at the bar, please respect the social distance and wait your turn.
For the restaurant, the tables are separated by the imposed distance. We do not accept groups of more than 10 people. Thank you to leave the waiter the necessary space so that he can get rid of you properly. For take-away orders, please order in advance (before 7pm if possible).
Animation : Our animator Sébastien has a lot of ideas for animations without contact. Karaoke, Quizz, etc… You will love it!
The rubbish bins have been condemned because we can’t make sure the place is clean. We thank you for your understanding to put your rubbish bins outside the campsite in the containers provided for this purpose.
In chalet, safari tent and cabane : Your accomodation has been cleaned by us, with approved virucidal products, and has also been well ventilated. We have fitted your beds with pillow and mattress pads that you can install yourself, to guarantee you extra safety. We count on you to put your sheets around the blanket.
When you leave: In pitch pay your bill in advance. In chalet : Please air your accomodation, clean and dry your dishes, and make an appointment at the reception desk for the check out. The departures will be imperatively before 10 am because we must observe a certain time of “confinement” before the next customer. During the check out, you will have to wait outside for a member of the campsite staff to make an inventory of fixtures. Beforehand, you will have opened the windows and cupboards, defrosted your fridge without putting it back on, and removed your rubbish bins and disposable mats.
